Keep your eyes opened because the first public beta of TVShows 2 is coming soon to a Mac near you. While Beta 1 isn’t meant to be feature complete yet—we still have a lot planned to implement—all the functionality from TVShows 0.4.8 will be included.

I think this might be the best application for the Mac since OS X.
I love tvshows, it’s like having a dvr on my appletv
I can’t help but notice the “View Licence” button. I take it version 2 will no longer be free – correct?
If so, any idea about the price tag yet?

Nope, TVShows 2 will still remain free. The View License button just displays the GNU General Public License.
